Every 6 days a towing operator is killed on the roadside assisting a stranded motorist or clearing our highways. The Run for the Fund raises monies for the families of these fallen men/women. Many families are left without the sole bread winner. The International Towing Museum located in Chattanooga honors those who have died and has establishes the Survivor Fund to help. The Run for the Fund starts/ends at the Museum, 3315 Broad Street and goes along the Tennessee River Walk. Great swag for all runners - t-shirts, towels, medals and backpack.
Run 99% on trails, the Georgia Jewel 17, 35, 50 and 100 mile trail race is a gorgeous experience. And tough. But mostly, awesome. Single-track with a few "intense" climbs and one epic rock garden make for an experience that will leave you dreaming about unicorns for months. The race is supported by amazing volunteers who'll welcome you into each aid station with hugs and kick you back on the trail if you stay too long. The views are worth the crazy elevation and we hope you'll leave believing in your bad-assery more deeply while making some fantastic friends along the way.

The Chattanooga Chase is the oldest active competitive road race in the area. This year’s event will feature an 8k and 1-mile race through the scenic North Shore neighborhoods. The 8k is known for its challenging hills and breathtaking scenery. Rock Creek will be awarding a PREMIUM to the first male and female to reach the water station atop Minnekahda Avenue, the race’s most challenging climb. The 1-mile race features a fairly flat, fast course through the neighborhood adjacent to Chattanooga Golf and Country Club. The first 50 finishers of each distance will receive a special edition race t-shirt!
The main parking lot at the amazing Enterprise South Nature Park will be transformed into a giant camp and outdoor restaurant to serve as the headquarters and transition area for the newest trail running events in the southeast. This is a 97 mile race that includes three separate trail loops. Each loop must be completed six times by each team. You have two team options…the 1-3 person “Ultra” team or the 4-6 person “Relay” team. We will give out awards for six separate divisions. Don’t miss out on this inaugural epic adventure.

This race is a low key, no frills, low cost, no awards social race, run, and/or hike. Both courses are on trails. This event is open to anyone traveling at any speed. Hikers are most welcome, however, out of respect for our volunteers time we must enforce a cutoff time of 3 hours for the 15K only. That is 3 miles per hour. The run/hike will be followed by post race snacks and beverages. Proceeds will benefit the Lula Lake Land Trust.
